Nokia N85, the High-end Side of Mobile Entertainment
Nokia has announced today the N85 and has packed this baby with some sweet goodies. The N85 features a 2.6-inch OLED display, a 5 Megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, a front camera with 2x digital zoom for video calls, Bluetooth, integrated GPS, A-GPS, and Cell based navigation with Nokia’s Maps 2.0 application, and built-in video and music player. Moreover, It comes with ten N-Gage games and dual LED flash captures VGA-quality videos that’s enhanced with geo-tagging for forgetful snappers, red-eye reduction. It comes with dedicated camera key, music keys and game keys. Nokia N85 comes with an 8GB microSD card, and a 3.5mm audio jack makes enables users to connect their favorite headset without the requirement of a converter. The Nokia N85 also supports the Nokia Music Store and other online music vendors, and music libraries can be synchronized via an USB cable. A built-in FM transmitter also lets Nokia N85 users play wirelessly through a car or home stereo.
Shipping is expected to begin in October 2008 with an estimated retail price of EUR 450, before taxes and subsidies.
