Canon have announced their new DIGIC III powered PowerShot SX110 IS super zoom digital camera which, in serving to replace Canon’s SX100 IS, The PowerShot SX110 is a 9 Megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom Image Stabilizer - plus a 3.0” LCD. Canon’s PowerShot SX110 IS also boasts iSAPS (intelligent Scene Analysis based on Photographic Space) which, according to canon, ‘automatically optimizes key camera settings before every shot’ as well as a wide range of 20 shooting modes designed to achieve optimum results in a wide range of lighting conditions. It supports MMC, SD and SDHC memory cards. It will available in the US at the end of August for a suggested price of $299.99.
